摘　　要：车门玻璃升降系统是一个复杂的系统,由车门玻璃升降器、车门玻璃、车门呢槽、车门内水切、车门外水切等零部件组成。零部件之间合理匹配能使车门玻璃升降顺畅、平稳,否则车门玻璃升降过程中会出现异响、卡滞、脱槽等失效问题。本文主要介绍了某车型在小批量生产验证过程中前门玻璃上升困难问题的分析、对策以及效果验证。The door glass lifting system is a complex system,which is composed of door glass regulator,door glass,door glass run,door inner waist seal,door outer waist seal and other pars,reasonable matching between parts makes the door glass Lifting smooth and stable,otherwise failure problems such as abnormal noise,jamming,and glass run out will occur during the door glass lifting process.This paper mainly introduces the analysis,countermeasures and effect verification of the difficulty of the front door glass lifting in the process of small batch production verification of a certain vehicle.
