摘  要:某些搭载机械电喇叭的汽车在研发阶段、售后阶段存在按喇叭时整车出现故障的问题,如ABS误触发等,原因是无电子型或电容型电喇叭在工作时,电路中产生较大的瞬态电流或反向电动势,对与喇叭电源线或接地点有关联的电子单元造成信号干扰,导致故障发生。通过更换成二极管型电喇叭可以消除故障。针对以上现象,本文对比分析了行业主流的三种不同类型电路的机械电喇叭EMC性能,为电喇叭干扰问题提供解决思路。Some car projects equipped with mechanical electric horns experience malfunctions during the development stage or after-sales market feedback when honing the horn,such as ABS false triggering,etc.The reason is that non electronic or capacitive electric horns generate large transient currents or reverse electromotive forces in the circuit during operation,causing signal interference to electronic units associated with the horn power line or ground point,leading to the occurrence of faults.The fault can be eliminated by replacing it with a diode type electric horn.In response to the above phenomena,this article compares and analyzes the EMC performance of three different types of mainstream circuits in the industry for mechanical electric horns,providing solutions for the interference problem of electric horns.
