摘　　要：汽车非金属尤其是内外饰零部件以工程塑料和一般塑料为主,占比超过50%。本文介绍了塑料材料的种类和特性及其在汽车领域中的应用,分析了塑料零部件的成型生产工艺,阐述了汽车塑料零部件关键结构的设计原则和方法。The non-metallic parts of automobiles,especially the interior and exterior decoration parts,are mainly engineering plastics and general plastics,accounting for more than 50%.In this paper,the types and characteristics of plastic materials and their applications in the automotive field are introduced,the molding and production process of plastic parts is analyzed,and the design principles and methods of key structures of automotive plastic parts are expounded.
