摘　　要：随着技术的进步,铝合金铸造工艺不断优化,推动了行业的技术进步以及产业升级。铝合金件凭借良好的机械性能以及较强的耐腐蚀性和极易加工的特性被广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、建筑、电子等各个领域。铝合金件的铸造方法及加工工艺对于提高铝合金产品质量、降低成本、提高生产效率具有重要意义。With the progress of technology,the aluminum alloy casting process has been continuously optimized,which has promoted the technological progress and industrial upgrading of the industry.With its good mechanical properties,strong corrosion resistance and easy processing,it is widely used in aerospace,automotive,construction,electronics and other fields.The casting method and processing technology of aluminum alloy parts are of great significance for improving product quality,reducing costs and improving production efficiency.
