摘  要:目的:探讨血清铁蛋白(Serum Ferritin,SF)与2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)之间的潜在联系。方法:选取2021年1-11月在石河子市人民医院住院的T2DM患者81例,将同一时间段于该院健康检查的81例健康人群作为对照组,对纳入人群进行常规体格检查以及血液指标的测定;对照组根据SF水平分为四组(Q1~Q4),T2DM组按照相同截点值进行分组;采用SPSS26.0软件进行两独立样本的t检验以及秩和检验,并进行Pearson及Spearman相关性分析和二分类非条件Logistic回归。结果:T2DM组SF水平(67.36±1.67ng/mL)高于对照组(52.46±1.32ng/mL),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);在T2DM组中SF与空腹血糖呈正相关,r=0.216,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。以T2DM为应变量的二分类非条件Logistic回归结果显示在调整性别、年龄、BMI以及生化指标HDL-C、TBiL、FBG和HB后,以Q1组为对照,Q4组OR=3.75,95%CI:1.1~12.2,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论:SF水平与T2DM存在正向关联,体内SF水平较高的人患T2DM的风险是体内SF处于低水平的3.75倍。Objective:Exploring the potential link between serum ferritin and type 2 diabetes.Methods:81 patients with T2DM who were hospitalized in Shihezi People's Hospital from January to November 2021 were selected,and 81 healthy people who were examined at the hospital during the same time period were selected as the control group.Routine physical examination as well as measurement of blood markers were performed on the included population.The control group was divided into four groups(Q1-Q4)according to their SF levels,while the T2DM group was grouped according to the same cut-off point.The SPSS26.0 software was used to perform t-tests for two independent samples as well as rank sum tests.Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis and binary unconditional logistic regression were also performed.Results:The SF(67.36±1.67ng/mL)was higher in the T2DM group than in the control group(52.46±1.32ng/mL)(P=0.001).In the T2DM group SF was positively correlated with fasting glucose(r=0.216,P=0.006).Binary unconditional logistic regression with T2DM as a response variable The results showed that after adjusting for gender,age,BMI,and biochemical markers HDL-C,TBiL,FBG,and HB,the difference between the Q1 group as a control,and the Q4 group was OR=3.75,95%CI:1.1~12.2(P=0.032).Conclusion:There was a positive association between SF levels and T2DM,with those with higher levels of SF in their bodies having a 3.75 times greater risk of developing T2DM than those with low levels of SF in their bodies.
