居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”需求量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:编制科学的、全面的居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”需求量表并进行信效度分析。方法:利用文献研究法及德尔菲法确定量表初步条目池,选取15名专家进行德尔菲法2轮专家函询,根据专家意见及课题组讨论确定量表条目,使用该量表调查2021年12月-2022年6月新疆石河子市居家失能老年人“互联网+护理服务”需求水平,并对量表进行信效度分析。结果:最终形成居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”需求量表包含3个需求类别、4个维度、35项条目;探索性因子分析提取9个公因子,可解释总变异的60.781%;量表各项条目的内容效度(I-CVI)在0.80~1.00,量表总的内容效度(S-CVI)为0.931,经过检验量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.817,量表Spearman-Brown系数为0.689,量表总的重测信度为0.872。结论:居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”需求量表具有较好的信效度,可作为评估居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”需求的有效评测工具。Objective:To develop a scientific and comprehensive demand scale of"Internet+nursing service"for the elderly with disabilities at home and analyze its reliability and validity.Methods:The preliminary item pool of the scale was determined by literature research method and Delphi method,and 15 experts were selected for two rounds of expert correspondence consultation by Delphi method.The items of the scale were determined according to the expert opinions and the discussion of the research group,and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by using the scale to investigate the elderly with home disability in Shihezi City,Xinjiang Province from December 2021 to June 2022.Results:The“Internet+nursing service”demand scale for the elderly with home disability was finally formed,which included 3 demand categories,4 dimensions and 35 items.Nine common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,which could explain 60.781%of the total variation.The content validity(I-CVI)of each item of the scale was 0.80~1.00,and the total content validity(S-CVI)of the scale was 0.931.After testing,the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.817,and the total Spearman-Brown coefficient was 0.689.The total retest reliability of the scale was 0.872.Conclusions:The demand scale of“Internet+nursing services”for the elderly with home disability has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective evaluation tool to evaluate the needs of the elderly with home disability for"Internet+nursing services".
