刮痧拔罐在腰椎间盘突出患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者联合应用刮痧拔罐、中医护理的效果。方法:在2021年1月到2022年1月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者中随机抽取200例作为试验对象,通过抽签的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组给予常规治疗与护理干预,观察组给予刮痧拔罐治疗与护理,观察不同组别患者护理干预前后的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、腰椎功能JOA评分、直腿抬高角度、不良情绪评分及生活质量评分。结果:不同组别患者在护理前VAS评分、JOA评分、直腿抬高角度、不良情绪评分及生活质量评分数据不存在明显差异(P>0.05);护理后与对照组相比,观察组患者VAS评分及不良情绪评分更低,JOA评分、直腿抬高角度及生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者联合应用刮痧拔罐、中医护理能够有效减轻疼痛,恢复直腿抬高及腰椎功能,改善患者的不良情绪,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of scraping and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected as test subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing intervention,the observation group was given scraping and cupping treatment and nursing,and the visual analog pain score(VAS),lumbar function JOA score,straight leg elevation angle,adverse emotion score and quality of life score of different groups of patients before and after nursing intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score,JOA score,straight leg elevation angle,adverse emotion score and quality of life score data between different groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower VAS score and adverse emotion score,and higher JOA score,straight leg elevation angle and quality of life score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of scraping and cupping and traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve pain,restore straight leg elevation and lumbar function,and improve the patients'bad mood,so it is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
