摘  要:新能源设备接入比例的不断攀升给电力系统稳定运行带来新的挑战,基于快速傅里叶变换对电压波动与闪变检测方法展开研究,对于并网系统的电能质量评估和提升具有重要意义。针对频谱泄露问题和低频段测量误差,提出了基于加窗谱线插值修正的瞬时闪变视感度测算方法,并针对频域检测设计了短时闪变严重度的检测方法,分析了频率分辨率对闪变检测准确度的影响。基于RTLAB对所提闪变检测方法进行了验证,并通过切换频率分辨率提升了电压短时闪变严重度检测的准确度。The increasing access ratio of new energy equipment brings new challenges to the stable operation of power system.Research on voltage fluctuation and flicker detection methods based on fast Fourier transform is of great significance for power quality assessment and improvement of grid-connected systems.In order to solve the problem of spectrum leakage and low frequency band measurement error,a transient flicker sensitivity measurement method based on windowed spectral line interpolation correction is proposed,and a short-time flicker severity detection method is designed for frequency domain detection,and the influence of frequency resolution on flicker detection accuracy is analyzed.The proposed flicker detection method is verified based on RTLAB,and the accuracy of short-time flicker severity detection is improved by switching frequency resolution.
