摘　　要：着重介绍可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)和触摸屏(Programmable Terminal,PT)在双盘摩擦压砖机控制系统中的实际应用,主要阐述了该控制系统的实现途径及其优越性。该系统显著特点是PT通过RS232与PLC串行通讯,实现控制与管理的结合,从而提高了产品质量的稳定性,同时提高了工作效率,增加了企业的经济效益。This paper introduces the practical application of PLC and PT in the double disk friction brick press transformation,and Expound the ways to realize the control system and its advantages.One distinctive feature of this system is that PT is serially connected to PLC through RS232 and in this way control and management is combined,there by enhancing the product quality,improving the working efficiency and increasing the economic benefit.
