摘　　要：随着企业对人力资源管理的深入了解以及企业员工的不断增加,许多国内企业都着手建立基于B/S的人事管理系统,这为企业进行人力的精准管控提供了便利。对于企业而言开发一套系统界面友好、维护成本低的人事管理系统就显得尤为重要。系统采用B/S架构,系统采用当前较为主流的C#编程语言,MSSQL作为后台数据库。With the in-depth understanding of human resource management and the increasing number of employees,many domestic enterprises have begun to establish personnel management system based on B/s,this provides the convenience for the enterprise to carry on the manpower accurate control.For enterprises,to develop a set of system interface-friendly,low maintenance cost personnel management system is particularly important.The system uses B/S architecture,adopts the current mainstream C#programming language,and the MSSQL as the background database.
