摘 要:针对5G基站有源天线单元的高效散热需求,提出一种位移设计和缺口设计相结合的散热器,建立太阳辐射与自然对流模型,模拟不同缺口结构散热器热流场,并进一步利用不同试验方法研究最佳缺口结构。结果表明:散热器最高温度会随缺口长度的增加而升高,随缺口高度、缺口与基板距离的增加先下降后上升。缺口长度与缺口高度对最高温度的交互作用最为显著。对比不同试验优化方法,多目标优化效果较单因素、正交法更优异,可实现多目标的同步优化。对比传统散热器,多目标法可实现最高温度、平均温度分别降低6.54%、7.19%,翅片质量减重4.54%。Aiming at the demand for efficient heat dissipation of active antenna units in 5G base stations,a heat sink combining displacement design and notch design was proposed to establish a model of solar radiation and natural convection,the heat flow field of heat sinks with different notch structures was simulated,and the optimal notch structure using different experimental methods was further investigated.The results show that the maximum temperature of the radiator increases with the increase of notch length,and first decreases and then increases with the increase of notch height and notch-substrate distance.The interaction between notch length and notch height on the maximum temperature is most significant.Comparing with different experimental optimization methods,multi-objective optimization is more effective than single-factor and orthogonal methods,and simultaneous multi-objective optimization can be achieved.Compared with the conventional radiator,the multi-objective method can realize 6.54%and 7.19%reductions in the maximum and average temperatures,respectively,and 4.54%weight reduction in fin mass.
