摘  要:本文针对光伏系统集热器结构优化问题,采用变密度法,以设计域平均温度最低为目标函数,在流体体积分数为50%,不同雷诺数(Re)条件下对集热器进行拓扑优化设计。结果表明:Re更大时,设计域内分支流道更少。对得到拓扑结构在相同条件下进行数值模拟,不同Re下温度分布相差不大,且温度分布较为均匀,达到降低光伏板温度的效果。Aiming at the problems of photovoltaic system collector structure optimization,the variable density method was used,and the lowest average temperature in the design domain was used as the objective function,the topology optimization on collector was designed in the fluid volume fraction of 50%and with different Reynolds number(Re).The results show that Re is greater,the design of the domain of the branched flow channel is less.Numerical simulation of the obtained topology under the same conditions shows that the temperature distribution under different Re does not differ much,and the temperature distribution is more uniform,which achieving the effect of reducing the temperature of the PV panel.
