摘 要:针对超滤工艺处理中运河水的运行参数开展中试,优化过滤周期、膜通量、化学增强反洗加药量及清洗周期4个运行参数,考察不同运行条件对出水水质的影响及膜污染控制效果,从而确定超滤工艺稳定运行的参数。结果表明,超滤系统在60~80 LMH的膜通量、30~60 min的过滤周期能稳定运行;250~500 ppm的反洗加药量能保证不同进水条件下的清洗效果;清洗周期为7 d时超滤系统仍能稳定运行;运行参数调整对产水水质无显著影响。The operating parameters of ultrafiltration process for the treatment of Zhongyun River were carried out.Through the pilot study,four operating parameters,namely,filtration cycle,membrane flux,chemically enhanced backwash(CEB)cleaning dosage and cleaning cycle,were optimized.The influence of the operating parameters on the water purification efficiency and membrane contamination control of the ultrafiltration process was analyzed,so as to determine the stable operating parameters of the ultrafiltration process.The results show that the ultrafiltration system could operate stably with a membrane flux of 60~80 LMH and a filtration cycle of 30~60 min.The cleaning dosage of 250~500 ppm CEB could ensure the cleaning effect under different influent conditions.The ultrafiltration system could operate stably with a 7-day cleaning cycle.Moreover,the variation of the operating parameters has no significant effect on the quality of the produced water.
