摘 要:随着供水企业精细化管理需求的日益增长,对供水调度的要求也随之提升。研究了基于水力模型的供水管网自适应优化调度方法,通过建立水力模型及水量预测模型,基于遗传退火模拟搜索算法,建立了优化调度的数学模型,同时结合工况聚类分析,大大降低搜索算法运算量,提升优化调度方案生成效率,实现供水管网自适应调度系统。此外,该系统与厂站控制系统对接完成自动调度控制,实现了系统自动厂站、管网优化调度。基于深圳市FY水司实际生产工况,实现区域内供水压力平稳,整体配电能耗下降约3%,系统调度方案生成时间不超过40 s,调度指令自动执行时间优于30 s,运行效果显著,有效提升了调度效率,实现供水调度的提质增效。With the increasing demand for refined management of water supply enterprises,requirements for water supply dispatching are also increasing.In this paper,the adaptive optimal scheduling method of water supply network based on hydraulic model was studied.By establishing hydraulic model and water quantity prediction model,the mathematical model of optimal scheduling was established based on genetic annealing simulation search algorithm.At the same time,combined with cluster analysis of working conditions,the computational complexity of search algorithm was greatly reduced.The generation efficiency of optimal scheduling scheme was improved.The adaptive scheduling system of water supply network was realized.In addition,the system was connected with the plant station control system to complete the automatic scheduling control.The automatic plant station and pipe network optimization scheduling was realized.Based on the actual production conditions of FY Water Division of Shenzhen,the water supply pressure in the area became stable.The overall distribution energy consumption was reduced by about 3%.The generation time of the system scheduling scheme was not more than 40 s.The automatic execution time of the scheduling instruction was less than 30 s.The operation effect was remarkable,which effectively improved the scheduling efficiency and improved the quality and efficiency of water supply scheduling.
