摘  要:为适应新型电力系统的多能互补需求,本文以李家峡水电站水轮机适用多能互补改造为研究对象,对多能互补系统中的常规水电站机组进行了深化设计研究,提出了水轮机改造深化设计理念,阐明了多能互补系统要求下机组的运行加权因子计算方法,并提出了机组改造深化设计的水力设计目标,为水轮机改造的深化设计提供了方向指导。根据水轮机改造深化设计后的水力模型试验表明:深化设计后的水轮机比前期改造的水轮机(未经过深化设计)在空化、压力脉动和叶片应力水平相当的情况下,有更高的水力模型额定效率和加权平均效率。深化设计后的水轮机不仅满足新型电力系统对水电站电能负荷调节能力的要求,而且机组的水力性能也得到了明显提升,可为类似水电站的水轮机改造设计提供借鉴。In order to meet the multi-energy complementary requirements of the new power system,this paper takes the multi-energy complementary transformation of the turbine of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station as the research object,carries out a deepening design study on the conventional hydropower station units in the multi-energy complementary system,puts forward the deepening design concept of the turbine transformation,and expounds the calculation method of the unit's operation weighting factor under the requirements of the multi-energy complementary system.The hydraulic design objective of the further design of turbine transformation is put forward,which provides direction for the further design of turbine transformation.According to the hydraulic model test of the turbine after further design,the hydraulic model rated efficiency and weighted average efficiency of the turbine after further design are higher than those of the turbine in the earlier stage(without further design)when cavitation,pressure pulsation and blade stress levels are the same.After further design,the turbine not only meets the requirements of the new power system on the power load regulation capacity of hydropower station,but also the hydraulic performance of the unit has been significantly improved,which can provide reference for the transformation design of similar hydropower stations.
