摘  要:近几年陆续出现一些大容量混流式水轮机存在高负荷区压力脉动陡增问题,引发机组顶盖振动超标,出力无法达到设计值,严重影响水电站安全生产和经济运行。本文分析了高负荷区压力脉动陡增原因,提出了解决办法,通过CFD计算和转轮模型试验验证,转轮出口叶片修型能改善水轮机高负荷区压力脉动,该方法在糯扎渡电站真机上实施后,高负荷区尾水进口压力脉动和顶盖垂直振动明显降低,为解决混流式水轮机高负荷区压力脉动陡增问题提供了参考。In recent years,there have been successive occurrences of sharp increases in pressure pulsation in the high-load region of large-capacity mixed-flow turbines,leading to excessive vibration of the units top cover and inability to achieve the designed output,which seriously affects the safety and economic operation of hydropower stations.This paper analyzes the reasons for the sharp increase in pressure pulsation in the high-load region and proposes a solution.Through CFD calculations and runner model tests,it is verified that the modification of the runner outlet blades can improve the pressure pulsation in the high-load region of the turbine.After implementing this method on the prototype of the Nuozhadu hydropower station,the pressure pulsation at the inlet of the tail water in the high-load region and the vertical vibration of the top cover are significantly reduced,providing a reference for solving the problem of sharp increase in pressure pulsation in the high-load region of mixed-flow turbines.
