摘　　要：航天产品具有高技术密集、多学科融合等典型特点,通过液体火箭发动机某型外包喷管产品的供应商选择、产品保证要求实施、技术状态控制、基线管理、二次外包、验收等方面的实践,总结提出了诸多可行的航天产品供应商质量管理方法和质量控制要点,从而为相关行业同类产品的供应商质量管理提供参考和借鉴。The aerospace industry is characterized by its high-tech intensity and the integration of multiple disciplines.This article sheds light on the supplier quality management methods for a core aerospace product by examining a range of procedures,including supplier selection,implementation of product assurance requirements,technical status control,baseline management,secondary outsourcing,and acceptance inspection.This paper presents a variety of feasible approaches to managing and examining the quality of a supplier and offers insights and methodologies that can be applied to the supplier quality management of similar products in related fields.
