补肾强骨方联合五禽戏对骨量降低女性骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾强骨方联合五禽戏对骨量降低女性骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2021年2月于泉州市光前医院就诊的148例骨量降低女性患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=75)与对照组(n=73)。研究组采取补肾强骨方联合五禽戏治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,比较两组不同部位的BMD、骨代谢指标、血磷及血钙水平、临床疗效。结果治疗12个月后,研究组L_(1~4)、股骨颈、全髋BMD高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,研究组抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,研究组血磷、血钙水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为94.67%,高于对照组的83.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾强骨方联合五禽戏可显著提高骨量降低女性的骨密度,平衡骨代谢与吸收,从而降低骨流失速度,强健筋骨,提高临床疗效。Objective To study the effect of tonifying kidney and strengthening bone recipe combined Wuqinxi on bone mineral density in females with reduced bone mass.Methods A total of 148 female patients with reduced bone mass who were treated in Guangqian Hospital of Quanzhou from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the study group(n=75)and the control group(n=73)according to different treatment methods.The study group was treated with tonifying kidney and strengthening bone recipe combined with Wuqinxi,while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.BMD,bone metabolism indexes,blood phosphorus and calcium levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 months of treatment,BMD of L_(1-4),femoral neck and total hip in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and bone glaprotein(BGP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the levels of blood phosphorus and calcium in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 94.67%,which was higher than that 83.56%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney and strengthening bone recipe combined Wuqinxi can significantly increase bone mass,reduce bone mineral density in women,balance bone metabolism and absorption,thereby reducing bone loss speed,strengthening the muscles and bones,and improving clinical efficacy.
