摘 要:目的分析两种不同免疫检验方法检测乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2021年6月至2022年6月枣庄市立医院收治的88例乙型肝炎患者的临床资料,所有患者均确诊为乙型肝炎病毒感染,并采用磁微粒化学发光法、酶联免疫吸附法检测乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物。比较两种免疫检测方法对乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物的检出情况和诊断准确率。结果磁微粒化学发光法对乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原、乙型肝炎病毒e抗原、乙型肝炎病毒e抗体的阳性检出率高于酶联免疫吸附法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种免疫检验方法对乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体、乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体的阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义。磁微粒化学发光法对乙型肝炎表面抗原浓度≤0.50 IU/ml的检出率高于酶联免疫吸附法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。磁微粒化学发光法对乙型肝炎病毒感染诊断准确率高于酶联免疫吸附法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用电化学发光法可提高乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物的检验准确率,为临床筛查乙型肝炎病毒感染提供有力支持。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of two different immunoassays for the detection of serological markers of hepatitis B virus infection.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with hepatitis B admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,all patients were diagnosed with hepatitis B virus infection,and the serological markers of hepatitis B virus infection were detected by magnetic particle chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The detection and diagnostic accuracy of serological markers of hepatitis B virus infection were compared between the two immunoassay methods.Results The positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus surface antigen,hepatitis B virus e antigen and hepatitis B virus e antibody by magnetic particle chemiluminescence method was higher than that by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus surface antibody and hepatitis B virus core antibody between the two immunoassay methods.The detection rate of hepatitis B surface antigen concentration≤0.50 IU/ml by magnetic particle chemiluminescence method was higher than that by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of magnetic particle chemiluminescence method in diagnosing hepatitis B virus infection was higher than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of magnetic particle chemiluminescence method can improve the detection accuracy of hepatitis B virus serological markers,and provide strong support for clinical screening of hepatitis B virus infection.
