高龄经产妇产褥期育儿胜任感及社会支持分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄经产妇产褥期育儿胜任感及社会支持现状及两者的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月上饶市妇幼保健院产科接收的86名高龄经产妇产褥期妇女作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法进行问卷调查,包括学历、职业、家庭收入等。共发放86份问卷,回收84份有效问卷,有效回收率为96.67%。采用中文版育儿胜任感量表(C-PSOC)评估产妇的育儿胜任感,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评估产妇的社会支持,采用Pearson相关分析高龄经产妇产褥期育儿胜任感与社会支持的相关性。结果86名高龄经产妇产褥期中,学历为大专及本科者占比较高,为63.95%;职业为工人者占比较高,为55.81%;家庭收入为4501~7500元/月者占比较高,为33.72%。高龄经产妇产褥期育儿胜任感总分为(66.73±10.08)分,条目均分为(3.90±0.75)分。高龄经产妇产褥期社会支持总分为(41.27±6.70)分,条目均分为(4.47±0.71)分。社会支持与育儿胜任感的各个维度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论本院高龄经产妇产褥期的社会支持评分、育儿胜任感均处于中等水平,社会支持与育儿胜任感呈正相关。Objective To explore the status quo of parenting competence and social support for elderly multiparous women during puerperium,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods 86 elderly multiparous women in the puerperium of puerperium received by the obstetrics de-partment of Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,random sam-pling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey,including education background,occupation,family income,etc.A total of 86 questionnaires were sent out and 84 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 96.67%.The Chinese version of parenting sense of com-petence scale(C-PSOC)was used to assess maternal parenting sense.The social support rating scale(SSRS)was used to evaluate maternal social support.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between competence and social support in puerperal period.Results Among the 86 elderly women in the puerperal period,college degree or college degree was relatively higher,accounted for 63.95%;the occupation of workers was relatively higher,accounted for 55.81%;the household income of 4501-7500 yuan/month was relatively higher,accounting for 33.72%.The score of total competence in childbearing period was(66.73±10.08)scores and the average score of items was(3.90±0.75)scores;the score of total social sup-port during puerperal period was(41.27±6.70)scores,and the average score of items was(4.47±0.71)scores.Social support was positively correlated with all dimensions of parenting competence(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The social support score and parenting competence of the elderly multipa-rous women in the puerperium in our hospital are all at a moderate level,and social support and parenting competence are positively correlated.
