摘 要:中医药是世界医学界防治糖尿病的重要组成部分,是我国古代防治糖尿病的主要手段,但“甘”能否制“糖”历来存在争议。为探析甘味药在2型糖尿病中的运用规律,拓宽糖尿病的防治思路,本文通过分析甘味药药理学机制,以及近现代甘味药运用情况,表明甘味药具有保护胰腺β细胞、抑制α-淀粉酶活性、降低胰岛素抵抗等药理作用,在中医治疗上发挥着“以甘制糖、以甘矫味、以甘抑食”的独特作用。甘味药在2型糖尿病治疗中发挥重要作用,值得深入研究与开发。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus in the global medical community,and it is the main means to prevent and treat diabetes mellitus in ancient China.However,whether or not"sweet drugs"can be used to control diabetes mellitus has always been controversial.In order to explore the application rule of sweet drugs in type 2 diabetes mellitus and broaden the prevention and treatment idea of diabetes mellitus,this paper analyzed the pharmacological mechanism of sweet drugs and the application of modern sweet drugs,indicating that sweet drugs had pharmacological effects of protecting the pancreasβcells,inhibitingα-amylase activity,and reducing insulin resistance,and they played a unique role of"controlling diabetes mellitus,modifying the taste,and suppressing the appetite"in TCM treatment.Sweet drugs play an important role in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of further research and development.
