摘  要:文章探讨了电商直播模式下服装销售中存在的号型乱象问题,提出了构建规范化服装号型系统的必要性。通过文献资料、各国服装号型标准化对照和对电商服装消费群体的调研,分析了服装电商市场现状及消费者网购诉求,并依据中国和美国服装尺码表,制定了具有普适性的号型推荐系统,构建服装制造商、电商和消费者共同认可的号型系统。该系统旨在提高消费者网购满意度,降低商家销售成本,优化网络直销服务。In this paper,we discuss the problem of size chaos in clothing sales under the live mode of e-commerce,and put forward the necessity of constructing a standardized clothing size system.Through concerned literature,the comparison of standardizations of clothing sizes in different countries,and the research on e-commerce clothing consumer groups,we have analyzed the current situation of the clothing e-commerce market and the consumers'demands for online shopping,and formulated a universal size recommendation system based on the clothing size charts of China and the United States,aiming at constructing a size system that is recognized by the community of clothing manufacturers,e-commerce companies and consumers.The system is designed to improve consumer satisfaction in online shopping,reduce the sales cost of merchants,and optimize online direct marketing services.
