摘 要:服装企业在实际生产中,大多数情况下是缝纫设备已实现智能化,而服装生产的多个环节还离不开人工操控,由此而发生的设备故障、设备与面料运行不协调以及安全事故等问题屡禁不绝。文章针对服装企业生产实践中的设备操作者、设备特性、面料特性等三种最主要的因素进行分析,并建立相应的服装质量评价方程,利用模糊数学综合评价法对各个因素的权值进行计算,从而获取每一种因素对服装质量的影响指标,为服装企业更好地适应智能化生产提供理论基础。In actual production,clothing enterprises mostly rely on the intelligent implementation of sewing equipment.The entire process of clothing production requires manual control in multiple places,often encountering accidents caused by manual operation,equipment failures,and uncoordinated operation between equipment and fabric.This study mainly focuses on the analysis of the three most important factors(equipment operator,equipment characteristics,and fabric characteristics)to establish corresponding clothing quality evaluation equations.The impact indicators of each factor on clothing quality are obtained by using fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the weights of each factor,providing a theoretical basis for production enterprises to better adapt to intelligent production.
