摘 要:为解决防汛预案利用率低、难以满足快速精准的信息检索等问题,提升防汛预案管理的自动化和信息化水平,通过分析领域知识图谱需求,构建具有完整结构的防汛预案静态知识本体,提升防汛预案信息检索效率。同时运用知识抽取理论分析不同实体特点,研究领域数据层的构建方法。利用自然语言处理、图数据库等计算机技术创建黄浦江防汛预案知识图谱,并基于知识图谱构建防汛业务应用,为防汛调度会商研判和精准决策指挥提供数据支撑,提升黄浦江防汛业务的自动化和智能化水平。In order to address the issues of low utilization of flood prevention plans and the difficulty of meeting the need for fast and accurate information retrieval,and to enhance the automation and informatization of flood prevention plan management,this paper analyzes the requirements for domain knowledge graphs and develops a static knowledge ontology for flood prevention plans with a complete structure to improve information retrieval efficiency.Additionally,by applying knowledge extraction theories to analyze the characteristics of different entities,the study explores the development method for the domain data layer.Through leveraging computer technologies such as natural language processing and graph databases,a knowledge graph for the Huangpu River flood prevention plan has been developed.Based on this knowledge graph,flood prevention business applications have been developed to provide data support for flood prevention scheduling,consultation,assessment,and precise decision-making,thereby enhancing the automation and intelligence level of flood prevention operations for the Huangpu River.
