摘 要:为提升闽江水口流域防洪调度水平,建设闽江水口洪水预报调度系统。系统利用开放式的设计理念,采用B/S系统结构开发,融合多源降雨数据,集洪水预报与防洪调度为一体,提升洪水预报精细化水平和水工程联合调度能力。采用多源降雨信息融合技术,集成洪水预报模型库,构建流域洪水预报方案,开发流域智能化运行平台,实现流域多源降雨信息共享应用、洪水滚动预报、智能调度,延长洪水预报预见期,提高预报精度。系统已应用于闽江水口电厂,可提高水电站洪水防御能力和水能利用效益。To enhance the flood control and scheduling capabilities of the Shuikou Basin in Minjiang River,a flood forecasting and dispatching system has been developed and implemented.Embracing an open design philosophy,the system adopts a B/S system architecture,integrating multi-source rainfall data to unify flood forecasting and flood control scheduling.This integration elevates the precision of flood forecasting and the coordination of water engineering operations.Utilizing multi-source rainfall data fusion technology,the system consolidates a library of flood forecasting models,formulating basin-specific flood forecasting strategies.It also establishes an intelligent operational platform for the basin,facilitating the sharing of multi-source rainfall information,real-time flood forecasting,and intelligent scheduling.By extending the foresight period of flood forecasting and enhancing its accuracy,the system significantly boosts flood preparedness.The system has been successfully deployed at the Minjiang Shuikou Power Plant,which can enhance its flood defense capabilities and optimizing water energy utilization efficiency.
