摘  要:厨余垃圾资源化利用是固废处理领域的研究热点。厌氧消化技术具有工艺成熟和产物附加值高等优点,是最常见的厨余垃圾处理技术之一。但其存在反应速率慢、抗冲击能力弱等问题。生物炭作为一种生物质衍生的碳基材料,凭借其独特的理化特性在强化厌氧消化过程中发挥重要作用。通过分析生物炭理化特性和系统梳理生物炭对厨余垃圾厌氧消化过程的影响,阐述了生物炭强化厨余垃圾厌氧消化的作用机制。同时提出生物炭强化厌氧消化领域的重点研究方向,以期为厨余垃圾处理提供理论指导和科学依据。Utilization of food waste has been a focal point in the field of solid waste management.Anaerobic digestion,known for its mature process and high value-added products,is one of the most common techniques used for food waste treatment.However,this technology suffers from drawbacks such as slow reaction rates and weak shock resistance.Biochar,a carbon-based material derived from biomass,plays a significant role in enhancing the anaerobic digestion process due to its unique physicochemical properties.Firstly,the physicochemical characteristics of biochar was explained in detail.Then,the reaction mechanism of biochar on the anaerobic digestion process of food waste was analyzed.Furthermore,the key areas of the future research are discussed to provide theoretical guidance and scientific basis for food waste treatment.
