网约配送员道路交通伤害现状及影响因素研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,随着外卖行业的不断发展,涉网约配送员的交通事故频发,对道路交通安全造成较大威胁,但目前针对网约配送员群体的道路交通伤害(road traffic injuries,RTIs)的研究较少。网约配送员以电动车作为主要交通工具,其驾驶行为与普通骑行者有较大区别,道路交通伤害的影响因素多且复杂。本文在阐述国内外近年来网约配送员道路交通伤害现状的同时,主要从个体因素、车辆因素、道路因素、环境因素以及管理因素5个方面对国内外网约配送员道路交通伤害的研究进行了综述,为减少网约配送员交通伤害、提高道路交通安全提供参考依据。In recent years,with the continuous development of the take-out industry,the traffic accidents involving online delivery drivers have been frequent,posing a major threat to road traffic safety.However,there are few studies on road traffic injuries(RTIs)among online delivery drivers.Online delivery drivers use electric bikes as their main mode of transportation,and their driving behavior is significantly different from that of ordinary cyclists.There are multiple and complex influencing factors that contribute to road traffic injuries.This paper providesd an overview of the research on road traffic injuries among online delivery drivers in terms of individual factors,vehicle factors,road factors,environmental factors,and management factors,while also describing the current situation of road traffic injuries among online delivery drivers both domestically and internationally.It aims to serve as a reference for reducing traffic injuries among online delivery drivers and improving road traffic safety.
