摘　　要：历经30余年的学术探索,我国侦查体制的研究成果丰硕。从纵向历史维度来看,随着实践中侦查体制改革的不断推进,侦查体制的研究日益增多,并逐步趋于理论化;从横向内容维度分析,随着理论研究的深入,有关侦查体制的研究主题愈发丰富,研究也更为全面化。但侦查体制研究在基础理论、研究内容、研究方法等方面尚存不足,仍需持续深化。在犯罪形势的变化、侦查工作的调整,以及法治、科技进步等因素的推动下,侦查体制的研究需要紧密结合新型网络犯罪变化,深入解构侦查体制的基本要素,开展跨学科多学科的理论融合,结合实践热点多点散发、全面拓展。展望未来,中国侦查体制研究既要持续深化理论研究,也要与大数据时代的侦查实践相结合开展实证研究,不断丰富侦查体制研究的成果。After more than 30 years of academic exploration,the research on Chinese investigation system has yielded fruitful results.From a vertical historical perspective,with the continuous promotion of the reform of the investigation system in practice,research on the investigation system is also increasing and gradually becoming theoretical.From the perspective of horizontal content,with the deepening of theoretical research,the research topics related to the investigation system have become more diverse and comprehensive.However,there are still shortcomings in studies of the investigation system in terms of basic theories,research content,and research methods,and it still needs to be continuously deepened.Driven by changes in the criminal situation,adjustments in investigation work,as well as factors such as the rule of law and technological progress,the research on the investigation system needs to be closely combined with the changes in new types of cybercrime,deeply deconstruct the basic elements of the investigation system,to carry out interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary theoretical integration,and to comprehensively expand it in combination with practical hotspots.Looking ahead to the future,research on China's investigation system should continue to deepen theoretical research and combine it with investigation practices in the era of big data to conduct empirical studies,continuously enriching the achievements of investigation system research.
