摘  要:本文建立了煤炭灰分含量现场快速检测方法,采用单波长激发能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(Monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,MWD-XRF)对煤炭样品组成进行全组分采集,基于组分分析和样品实际灰分检测数据建立全谱拟合煤炭灰分含量预测模型和校正模型,实现了煤炭灰分含量的现场快速准确定量检测。该方法线性良好,测试结果与国家标准方法无显著性差异,方法检出限为0.11%,检测范围在0.33%~100%之间。该方法满足了煤炭灰分快速检测的需求,为进口煤炭交易、流通、通关等各个环节提供了灰分快速检测方法。This study introduces a novel method for the rapid on-site determination of coal ash content,utilizing monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(MWD-XRF)to comprehensively analyze the elemental composition of coal samples.A predictive model for coal ash content,along with a calibration model,has been developed through a full-spectrum ftting approach based on the component analysis and empirical data of ash content measurements.This method ensures rapid and precise quantification of coal ash content at the point of sampling.The technique demonstrates excellent linearity,with results that are not significantly different from those obtained using national standard methods.The method boasts a detection limit of o.11%and a detection range from 0.33%-100%.It addresses the need for expedited ash content assessment in coal and provides a valuable tool for various stages,including coal production,distribution,and customs clearance.
