摘　　要：本研究采用环境测试舱-气相色谱质谱技术,建立了涂料中11种卤代烃的测试方法。采用吸附剂Tenax TA进行吸附捕集时,二氯甲烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷极易发生穿透现象,三者的穿透率均超过40%;与Tenax TA相比,吸附剂Carbopack B/CarbosieveTMS-Ⅲ可有效抑制卤代烃有机物的穿透行为。本方法测试结果准确,重现性和稳定性较好,方法的加标回收率为96%~121%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%。将本方法用于涂料中卤代烃有机物的测试,发现溶剂型涂料释放卤代烃种类要多于水性涂料,不同涂料中出现概率较大的有二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷,而三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯较少出现。本研究建立的多种卤代烃有机物测试技术,可为涂料产品尤其是进口涂料中卤代烃的质量监控提供支撑。The determination method of 11 halogenated hydrocarbons in coatings was established by using an environmental test chamber combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The adsorbent Tenax TA was found to be less efective for capturing dichloromethane,dichloroethane,and trichloroethane,with these compounds exhibiting penetration rates exceeding 40%.In contrast,the Carbopack B/CarbosieveTM s-II adsorbent demonstrated superior performance in mitigating the penetration of halogenated hydrocarbons.The developed method proved to be precise,reproducible,and stable,with a recovery rate ranging from 96%to 121%and a relative standard deviation(RSD)of less than 10%.Application of this method to coatings revealed that solvent-based coatings released a greater variety of halogenated hydrocarbons compared to water-based coatings.Dichloromethane and dichloroethane were frequently detected across various coatings,whereas trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene were less prevalent.The multiple halogenated hydrocarbon organics testing techniques established in this study can support the quality control of halogenated hydrocarbons in coating products,especially imported coatings.
