摘  要:随着近年来工程勘察和环境调查工作量的大幅增加,传统工勘钻机取心(样)质量很难满足实际需求,相比进口环境钻机采用多工艺手段取得的心(样)基本满足工程需求,但两种工艺方法体系缺少高效率、高质量、低成本的融合,对于实际施工作业造成突出的矛盾。本文以我国现行工程勘察标准、规范为出发点,分析XY-1、DPP100、GDC100、GDL-1等多款国产工程勘察装备与美国GP公司生产的多功能钻探装备,以及对比现行的工程勘察取心(样)多采用回转钻进,在复杂地层受到工艺方法和标准体系限制取心(样)质量相比国外发达国家开展的多工艺、多手段工程勘察明显存在差距。综合笔者的对比分析和实际研发工作,提出以开展多功能勘察装备的研发为前提,搭配多工艺取心钻具和工艺方法的配套性研究,结合数字化工程勘察理念,以实现精准勘察、高效勘察的目标。With the substantial increase in the workload of engineering investigation and environmental investigation in recent years,the quality of cores(samples)obtained by traditional engineering investigation drills is difficult to meet practical needs.Compared with imported environmental drills,the cores(samples)obtained by multiple process methods basically meet engineering needs.However,the two process methods lack the integration of high efficiency,high quality,and low cost,which cause prominent contradictions in actual construction operations.This paper takes the current engineering investigation standards and specifications in China as the starting point,analyzes some domestic engineering investigation equipment such as XY-1,DPP100,GDC100,and GDL-1 with multi-functional drilling equipment produced by GP company in USA,and compares the current engineering investigation coring(samples)by rotary drilling and multi processes.Based on the author’s comparative analysis and actual research and development work,it is proposed to carry out the research and development of multifunctional investigation equipment as a prerequisite,combined with the matching research of multi process core drilling tools and process methods,as well as the concept of digital engineering investigation to achieve the goal of accurate and efficient investigation.
