摘　　要：J-56室温快速固化胶粘剂属于丙烯酸酯接触反应固化型胶粘剂,主要用于铝制标牌的粘接,其为多组分胶粘剂,配制、施工工艺较为复杂。在实际施工过程中,操作不当会导致胶粘剂不能固化、标牌脱落的现象。为了更好地应用J-56室温快速固化胶粘剂,保证标牌粘接质量,特做试验验证。试验结果表明:使用J-56室温快速固化胶粘剂进行粘接时,胶层不宜过厚,在保证不漏涂的情况下,胶层应薄而均匀;涂覆完成后应立即合拢被粘物,使胶粘剂充分接触反应,从而达到完全固化。J-56 room temperature fast curing adhesive belongs to acrylic ester contact reaction curing adhesive,which is mainly used for the bonding of aluminum labels.J-56 is a multi-component adhesive,and the preparation and construction process are more complicated.In the actual construction process,improper operation will lead to the phenomenon that the adhesive cannot be cured and the label will fall off.In order to better apply J-56 room temperature fast curing adhesive and ensure the bonding quality of the label,special test is carried out.The test results show that the adhesive layer of J-56 should not be too thick when it is used for bonding,and the adhesive layer should be thin and uniform without leakage.After the coating is completed,the adhesive should be folded immediately to make the adhesive contact and react fully,so as to achieve complete curing.
