摘 要:古人云:“千秋丰碑,民以食为天”,随着人民生活水平的蒸蒸日上,生鲜农产品市场需求量日益增长,其供应链的发展也迎来新的机遇和挑战,可见优化生鲜农产品供应链稳定性的研究不可或缺。该文以新疆生产建设兵团第一师为研究对象,分析第一师“农超对接”生鲜农产品供应链的结构,分别从农户、超市、对接合作角度讨论第一师“农超对接”生鲜农产品供应链存在的风险,并提出“农超对接”生鲜农产品供应链稳定性发展的对策,为推动第一师生鲜农产品供应链稳定性的高质量发展提供参考。As the ancients said,"Food is the most important thing for the people".With the prosperity of people's living standards and the increasing market demand for fresh agricultural products,the development of its supply chain has also ushered in new opportunities and challenges.It can be seen that the research on optimizing the stability of fresh agricultural products supply chain is indispensable.Taking the first division in Xinjiang production and construction corps as the research object,this paper analyzes the structure of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in the first division of Xinjiang,and discusses the risks existing in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products from the point of view of farmers,supermarkets and docking cooperation.This paper also puts forward the countermeasures for the development of the stability of fresh agricultural products supply chain,so as to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of fresh agricultural products supply chain stability of the first teacher and student.
