摘  要:随着我国城市轨道交通发展逐步进入存量阶段,前期大规模、高增速的发展模式已不适应高质量发展的要求,为贯彻“双碳目标”“智慧化发展”战略部署,以《中国城市轨道交通绿色城轨发展行动方案》《中国城市轨道交通智慧城轨发展纲要》为指导,基于我国42个城市的社会经济、人口、财政收入、运营规模、客流强度、线网规模等指标,计算各指标的相关性,对比不同城市各指标发展的差异。结合现状发展及城市轨道交通高质量发展的迫切需求,构建基于“绿色+智慧”协同发展的城市轨道交通体系框架,从城市发展、综合交通、建设运营、智慧轨道、“绿色+智慧”协同等方面,提出未来城市轨道交通高质量发展的主要方向。With the urban rail transit development in China gradually entering the stock stage,the previous large-scale and high-speed development model is no longer suitable for the requirements of high-quality development.In order to implement the strategic deployment of“dual carbon goals”and“smart development”,and guided by Action Plan for Green Urban Rail Transit Development in China and Outline for Smart Urban Rail Transit Development in China,the correlation of various indicators such as social economy,population,fiscal revenue,operating scale,passenger flow intensity,and rail transit network scale in 42 cities in China was calculated in this research and the differences in the development of various indicators in different cities were compared.In accordance with the current development and the urgent need for high-quality development of urban rail transit,an urban rail transit system framework based on“green+smart”coordinated development was developed,and the main direction of future high-quality development of urban rail transit was put forward from the aspects of urban development,comprehensive transportation,construction and operation,smart rail,and“green+smart”coordination.
