摘  要:本文将三维激光雷达扫描技术应用于地面平整度检测中。针对该技术,详细介绍其原理、检测方法、检测速度、精度和可行性。结果表明:该技术可大幅提升检测效率、降低人工成本、提升企业收益;相较于人工检测,该方法只需1人现场操作,大幅降低人工成本;基于三维激光扫描的地面平整度检测可提升工作效率50%以上,并且能获得待测表面所有数据;三维激光扫描的数据精度与测站距离有关,合理的布站方式可控制扫描误差在±2mm以内。本文研究成果与工程经验可为建筑结构检测向着智能化发展提供重要参考。This article applies 3D LADAR scanning technology to ground flatness detection.Adetailed introduction to the principle,detection method,detection speed,accuracy,and feasibility of this technology were provided.The results show that this technology can significantly improve detection efficiency,reduce labor costs,and increase enterprise profits;Compared to manual inspection,this method only requires one person to operate on-site,significantly reducing labor costs;The ground flatness detection based on 3D laser scanning can improve work efficiency by more than 50%and obtain all data of the tested surface;The data accuracy of 3D laser scanning is related to the distance between measuring stations,and a reasonable layout of stations can control the scanning error within±2mm.The research results and engineering experience can provide important references for the intelligent development of building structure detection.
