摘　　要：研究基于BIM技术的装配式建筑集成体系,从而推动BIM集成体系在装配式建筑中的应用。通过数据比对法及现行技术标准研究,分析装配式建筑发展的趋势,存在的问题,归纳BIM技术在装配式建筑体系中的价值。研究以成都市BIM技术应用成果为案例,总结装配式建筑发展现状和挑战。提出分层推进基于BIM平台的装配式建筑集成体系方法,提升应用范围及技术研发推广的建议措施。BIM技术在装配式建筑集成体系的市场化推广中还存在诸多问题,当下的科研将更多聚焦装配式建筑在运营周期内全部环节的跨学科协同与科学指标。基于BIM设计推动的装配式建筑平台前景广阔。To study the integrated system of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology and promote the application of BIM integrated system in prefabricated buildings.By comparing data and studying technical standards,analyze the development trend and existing problems of prefabricated buildings,and summarize the value of BIM technology in prefabricated building systems.Using the application results of BIM technology in Chengdu as a case study,summarize the current development status and challenges of prefabricated buildings.Propose a layered approach to promoting the integrated system of prefabricated buildings based on the BIM platform,and propose measures to enhance the application scope and promote technology research and development.There are still many problems in the market-oriented promotion of BIM technology in the integrated system of prefabricated buildings.Currently,scientific research will focus more on interdisciplinary collaboration and scientific indicators in all aspects of the operation cycle of prefabricated buildings.The prospect of prefabricated building platforms driven by BIM design is broad.
