浅谈信息化系统在建设工程质量创优管理中的应用

摘　　要：建筑工程施工项目具有地域分布广,建设周期长等特点,同时存在创优结果不明确、创优动力不足等问题,使集团级企业管理者无法及时了解工程现场质量创优情况。随着信息化技术迅猛发展,传统建筑企业质量创优管理正快速向信息化、数字化、智能化、工业化转型升级。本文以某工程创国家优质工程奖为例,着重介绍广州建筑自主研发的质量评优管理系统的特点及该系统在质量创优管理中的应用,通过该系统实现了项目全生命周期质量创优计划管理,提升质量创优管理效率,有效激发全体员工质量创优积极性,可为同类企业质量创优管理工作提供参考借鉴。The construction project of the construction project has the characteristics of wide geographical distribution and long construction period.At the same time,there are some problems,such as unclear results and insufficient motivation,so that the group-level enterprise managers can not timely understand the quality of the project site.With the rapid development of information technology,the quality management of traditional construction enterprises is rapidly transforming to informationization,digitalization,intelligence and industrialization.Taking the National quality Engineering Award of a certain project as an example,this paper focuses on the characteristics of the quality evaluation management system independently developed by Guangzhou Construction and the application of the system in quality management.Through this system,the project life cycle quality excellence plan management is realized,the efficiency of quality excellence management is improved,and the enthusiasm of all staff is effectively stimulated,which can provide reference for the quality management of similar enterprises.
