摘　　要：随着社会经济和科技不断发展,人们对建筑的要求也不断提高。现在人们逐渐开始关注健康建筑,并认识到光环境对人身体健康的重要影响。文章将分析光环境对人们身体健康的影响,包括光环境对人体身体节律、心理健康和睡眠质量等的影响,然后阐述如何实现良好光环境,保证光线的强度、颜色与均匀度等指标,最后以在光环境设计方面表现优异的建筑为例,介绍不同设计方法在实践中的具体体现。With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,people's requirements for architecture continue to improve.Now people gradually begin to pay attention to the healthy built environment,and realize the importance of light environment to human health.This paper will analyze the impact of light environment on people's physical health,including the impact of light environment on human body rhythm,mental health and sleep quality,and then explain how to achieve a good light environment to ensure the intensity,color and uniformity of light and other indicators,and finally take buildings with excellent performance in light environment design as examples to introduce the concrete embodiment of different design methods in practice.
