摘  要:某公司低温甲醇洗装置在生产运行期间,出现贫/富甲醇换热器壳程富硫甲醇循环量下降、管程贫硫甲醇温度升高、再吸收塔下塔积液、热再生塔液位偏低和尾气中携带甲醇等异常工况,伴随工况恶化,净化气中二氧化碳含量和硫化物含量经常超标。为此,制定并实施了一系列在线维护方案。装置开车后富硫甲醇循环量恢复正常,装置负荷由停车前的65.0%提升至76.5%。During the operation of a low temperature methanol washing plant,there occurred come abnormal cases,such as the circulating volume of sulfur-rich methanol in the shell side of lean/rich methanol exchanger decreased,the temperature of sulfur-lean methanol in the tube side rose up,liquid accumulated in the lower part of the reabsorber,the level of the regenerating column became lower,and methanol was entrained in the tail gas,etc.As the condition became worse,carbon dioxide and sulfide content in the purified gas often exceeded the requirement in the standards.Therefore a series online maintenance schemes were set up and executed.When the plant started up again,the circulating volume of sulfur-rich methanol recovered to the normal,and the load of the plant increased from 65.0%before restart to 76.5%afterward.
