摘　　要：介绍熔融尿素泵原油封结构形式,分析油封漏油及油封窜水原因,针对油封形式提出改造思路,重新设计油封密封形式,并自主测绘加工。熔融尿素泵改造后使用效果良好,消除了油封泄漏,提高了设备使用寿命,大幅节约设备维护费用。This paper introduced the crude oil seal structure of molten urea pump,analyzed the reasons of oil leakage and water channeling in the oil seal,and put forward the improvement method followed by redesigning and independently processing the oil seal.The reformation is proved to have good result.It eliminated the oil seal leakage,increased the service life of the equipment and greatly saved the maintenance costs.
