摘 要:基于传统的热催化氨合成工艺,针对不同制氢路线,探究不同合成压力下的能耗水平,设计选择合适的合成压力,控制合成能耗水平最低,助力节能降碳。通过氨合成工艺的流程模拟计算,考察氨合成新鲜气入口压力、合成压力与压缩功耗、循环功耗以及总能耗的关系,发现在氨合成新鲜气入口压力一定时,合成压力越高,氨合成圈总能耗随合成压力升高先降低后升高,且在某一压力区间范围内存在最低值。通过合成圈总能耗与合成压力的关系研究,建议针对不同的氨合成新鲜气入口压力选择不同的氨合成压力。Based on traditional thermal catalytic ammonia synthetic process,and in respond to the different hydrogen preparation routes,this article discussed the energy consumption under different synthetic pressures.During the engineering design,suitable synthetic pressure was selected to control the ammonia synthetic energy consumption to the lowest level,helping to reduce the carbon emission.By simulating the process,studying the relationship of the fresh air inlet pressure and the synthetic pressure with the power consumption of the compressor,the circulation,and the total power consumption,we found that when the inlet fresh air pressure remained constantly,the higher the synthetic pressure was,the total energy consumption of the synthetic loop wend down first,and then rose up along with the rise of synthetic pressure,and went to the minimum in a certain pressure range.Considering the relationship between the total energy consumption of the synthetic loop and the synthetic pressure,it's suggested that different fresh air inlet pressure match with different ammonia synthetic pressure.
