城市更新视角下消极街道空间多元化改造设计研究——以长春市学人西街为例

摘　　要：中国城市化的加速加剧了消极街道空间的异质性,影响了城市居民的生活体验。为了找回遗失的街道生活,文章对消极街道空间概念进行了阐释,并分析了消解消极感的理论研究现状和策略,同时需要从空间模块、环境心理与场所感3个物理、环境、精神方面入手。以长春市学人西街为例,运用模块化、空间转化、心理暗示、功能重塑和共建共享等策略,对消极街道空间在交通、功能、环境、安全、设施等方面进行了更新与重塑,以增加街道空间活力,提升人们的获得感和幸福感,推动城市健康可持续发展。Rapid urbanization in China exacerbates the heterogeneity of negative street spaces,eroding urban residents’living experiences.In order to recover the lost street life,this paper elucidates the concept of negative street spaces,analyzes the current theoretical research status and strategies to mitigate their negativity.At the same time,it needs to start from three physical,environmental and spiritual aspects:spatial module,environmental psychology and sense of place.Taking Xueren West Street in Changchun as an example,strategies such as modularization,spatial transformation,psychological cues,functional reshaping and collaborative sharing are applied to update and reshape negative street spaces in terms of transportation,functionality,environment,safety and facilities.This aims to enhance street space vitality,improve residents’sense of achievement and happiness,and prom ote healthy and sustainable urban development.
