摘  要:本文以核电厂重要设备鼓形滤网为研究对象,开发了一种可量化评价阴极保护系统运行状况的专家评估系统。该系统通过阴极保护系统状态原位自动化监测装置来提供数据基础,具有数据采集及预处理、健康指数状态评估和结果可视化等功能,可以实现对阴极保护系统运行状态的关键参数连续、精准监测;还可利用群厂鼓网设备阴极保护的历史数据建立起的算法模型,评估得到系统实时的健康指数,并将保护状态以三维云图的形式可视化显示。本设计有助于核电厂更加全面地掌握鼓网的保护状态,及时发现异常避免发生严重腐蚀。Taking the drum filter screen in nuclear power plants as the research object,this paper introduces an expert evaluation system for quantitative evaluation the operational status of cathodic protection systems.This system provides a data foundation through an in-situ automated monitoring device for the status of cathodic protection systems,with functions such as data collection and preprocessing,health index status evaluation,and result visualization.It can achieve continuous and accurate monitoring of key parameters for the cathodic protection system.In addition,it uses an algorithm model based on historical data from the cathodic protection systems of centrifuge filters in various nuclear power plants to evaluate the system’s health indicators in real-time and display protection status through a 3D cloud graph.This design helps nuclear power plants gain a more comprehensive understanding of the protection status of centrifuge filters,enabling timely identification of abnormalities and prevention of severe corrosion.
