摘　　要：为了满足国六汽油的改造升级,能生产高辛烷值的烷基化汽油装置在国内大规模布局并投入使用。目前国内烷基化装置大多采用硫酸法烷基化工艺,而CDAIky®硫酸法烷基化工艺不可避免的存在着硫酸腐蚀和酸性气腐蚀,本文就该烷基化装置自2019年12月份投产以来,所发生的管线以及设备的腐蚀情况进行浅析探讨,以便更好的解决硫酸以及酸性气腐蚀问题。In order to meet the transformation and upgrading of National sixth gasoline,alkylated gasoline units capable of producing high octane number have been large-scale laid out and put into use in China.At present,most domestic alkylation units adopt sulfuric acid alkylation process,and the CDAIky®sulfuric acid alkylation process inevitably has sulfuric acid corrosion and acid gas corrosion.This paper analyzes the corrosion of pipelines and equipment since the alkylation unit was put into operation in December 2019.In order to better solve the problem of sulfuric acid and acid gas corrosion.
