摘 要:本文深入探讨了煤矿机电设备在复杂腐蚀环境下的防腐技术应用。通过分析煤矿环境下机电设备遭受化学、电化学和微生物腐蚀的成因,本研究指出了现有防腐措施的技术难点,包括材料选择、电化学腐蚀控制以及微生物腐蚀的防治。在此基础上,本文介绍了防腐涂料、阴极保护技术和抗菌防腐涂层等技术的实际应用要点,提出了针对性的改进措施和建议,以提高煤矿机电设备的防腐效率和延长设备使用寿命,减缓煤矿机电设备的腐蚀速率,为煤矿安全生产提供保障。This article delves into the application of anti-corrosion technology for coal mine electromechanical equipment in complex corrosive environments.By analyzing the causes of chemical,electrochemical,and microbial corrosion of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine environments,this study points out the technical difficulties of existing anti-corrosion measures,including material selection,electrochemical corrosion control,and prevention and control of microbial corrosion.On this basis,this article introduces the practical application points of anti-corrosion coatings,cathodic protection technology,and antibacterial anti-corrosion coatings,and proposes targeted improvement measures and suggestions to improve the anti-corrosion efficiency and prolong the service life of coal mine electromechanical equipment,slow down the corrosion rate of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and provide guarantees for coal mine safety production.
