摘 要:通过成焦板试验,考察了目前国内钢厂在用的几款油气润滑油产品的抗结焦性,并进一步研究了分散剂与矿物型基础油对油气润滑油抗结焦性的影响。结果表明:分散剂的引人能显著改善油气润滑油的抗结焦性能;不同黏度等级的基础油对油气润滑油抗结焦性有很大影响,其蒸发特性和热安定性与抗结焦性有很好的对应性。Through the coking plate test,the study examines the anti-coking properties of several oil and gas lubricant products currently used in domestic steel mills through carbon residue tests.Furthermore,it investigates the impact of dispersants and mineral base oils on the anti-coking properties of oil and gas lubricants.The results indicate that the introduction of dispersants can significantly improve the anti-coking properties of oil and gas lubricants.Additionally,the different viscosity grades of base oils have a significant impact on the anti-coking properties of oil and gas lubricants,with their evaporation characteristics and thermal stabilities showing strong correlation with the anti-coking properties.
