摘 要:特高压大跨越酒杯塔由于其结构的特殊性,在其施工组立过程中安全风险极大,需进行铁塔结构强度的计算和校核。该文以某特高压大跨越酒杯塔为例,针对塔头组装过程,选择典型的铁塔组立状态,运用有限元方法,对其进行强度校核和计算,得到铁塔结构的应力和位移分布规律,结果表明,增设对拉拉线后,铁塔组装处于状态一、状态二、状态三时,其结构强度满足要求。针对铁塔组装状态三,为便于铁塔横担中间连接部位的构件安装就位和紧固螺栓,需在两曲臂之间增设对拉拉线,并将对拉拉线的拉力调整至16.3 kN,进而将铁塔横担中间连接位置的距离缩短为2 mm。该文的研究结论可为制定科学合理的铁塔施工方案提供参考,保证特高压输电铁塔施工安全高效地进行。Due to the special structure of the ultra-high voltage large span wine glass tower,there is a great safety risk during its construction and assembly process,and it is necessary to calculate and verify the strength of the tower structure.This paper takes a certain ultra-high voltage large span wine glass tower as an example,and focuses on the assembly process of the tower head.A typical iron tower assembly state is selected,and finite element method is used to verify and calculate its strength.The stress and displacement distribution law of the iron tower structure is obtained.The results show that after adding diagonal braces,the structural strength of the tower assembly in states one,two,and three meets the requirements.For the assembly status three of the iron tower,in order to facilitate the installation and fastening of the components at the middle connection position of the cross arm of the iron tower,it is necessary to add a pulling wire between the two curved arms,and adjust the pulling force of the pulling wire to 16.3 kN,thereby reducing the distance between the middle connection position of the cross arm of the iron tower to 2 mm.The research conclusions of this paper can provide a reference for the formulation of a scientific and reasonable tower construction plan and ensure that the construction of UHV transmission tower can be carried out safely and efficiently.
