高效液相色谱-质谱联用法测定五原黄柿子农药残留量  

Determination of 6 Pesticide Residues in Wuyuan Yellow Persimmon with High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘　　要：采用岛津高效液相色谱仪LC-20A和三重四级杆质谱仪LCMS-8045联用测定五原黄柿子中6种农药残留量。利用Qu ECh ERS方法进行样品前处理,该方法操作简单、分析速度快、重复性和精密度良好。6种农药在5ng/mL~100ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好,标准曲线的相关系数为0.999以上。对黄柿子空白样品进行定量限加标,按照前处理方法处理后上机测试,测得定量限回收率和RSD。结果显示,回收率为88.1%~102.6%,RSD为0.34%~5.46%,回收率高,重现性好。对10倍定量限混合标准溶液进行精密度实验,通过检测这6种农药参数的精密度(重复性限)均符合标准要求。A method was developed for determination of 6 pesticides residues in Wuyuan yellow persimmon with Shimadzu high performance liquid chromatograph LC-20A and triple quadrupole mass spectrometer LCMS-8045.The QuEChERS method was used for pre-treatment of sample,which had the advantages of simple operation,fast analysis speed,good repeata-bility and high precision.The six pesticides had good linearity in the concentration range of 5ng/mL~100ng/mL,and the cor-relation coefficient of the standard curve was above 0.999.The limited quantitation recovery and RSD of yellow persimmon blank samples were measured according to the pretreatment method.The results showed that the recoveries were 88.1%-102.6%,RSD was 0.34%-5.46%,and the recoveries were high with good reproducibility.The precision test was carried out on the 10x limit of quantitation mixed standard solution,and the precision(repeatability limit)of these 6 parameters were all in line with the requirements of the standard.
