摘　　要：目的 分析我国智慧医院建设过程中医院管理存在的主要问题,并提出相应对策建议。方法 系统检索医院智慧管理文献,基于扎根理论并借助NVivo软件对纳入文献进行编码和分析。结果 共纳入102篇研究文献。通过三级编码得到22个初始范畴、9个主范畴和4个核心范畴,即智慧医院管理问题四个主要归因是环境、建设、资源和运营,其中,外部环境与认知思维影响医院资源整合、内部建设与运营效果,人财物资源配置效率与医院信息化建设水平及制度建设之间相互作用,同时又对医院各项业务管理及运维保障产生影响。结论 应在政策引导下,塑造智慧化管理理念,完善医院顶层设计,进一步优化数字化体系,探索复合型人才队伍构建策略,实现资源智慧化管理,基于医院数字化转型提升医院整体运营管理的智慧度。Objective To analyze the main problems of hospital management in the construction of smart hospitals in China,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods The documents of hospital smart management were systematically retrieved.Based on the grounded theory,the included documents were coded and analyzed by NVivo.Results A total of 102 documents were included.Through tertiary coding,we obtain 22 initial categories,9 main categories,and 4 core categories,the problems in hospital smart management are attributed to four dimensions:environment,construction,resources,and operation.The external environment and cognition affect resource integration,internal construction and operation effect,the efficiency of human,financial and material resource allocation interacts with the level of hospital informatization construction and system construction,which jointly affect the business management and operation and maintenance.Conclusion Under the guidance of policies,we should shape the concept of smart management,improve the top-level design of the hospital,further optimize the digital system,explore the strategy of building an inter-disciplinary talent team,realize smart management of resources,and improve the wisdom of hospital operation and management based on the hospital digital transformation.
