社会资本与老年人生命质量的关联研究

摘　　要：目的 了解老年人社会资本与其生命质量之间的关联。方法 应用多阶段分层抽样的方法,于2020年9-11月抽取成都市三个城区1 852名60岁及以上老年人,通过面对面问卷调查法对该人群的社会资本和生命质量进行测量;应用SPSS 21.0软件进行描述性统计分析、因子分析及多重线性回归分析等。结果 经因子分析,老年人社会资本降维得到7因子。多重线性回归模型显示,A1-人际交往因子、B1-家庭功能因子、C1-社区归属因子等5因子与老年人生理领域生命质量之间存在显著正向关联,但关联强度较弱;A1-人际交往因子、A2-人际支持因子、B2-家庭支持因子和C1-社区归属因子等4因子与老年人心理领域生命质量之间存在显著正向关联。结论 无论是个体层面、家庭层面,还是社区层面的社会资本,多数都与老年人生命质量(尤其是心理健康)之间存在正向关联。Objective To understand the influence of social capital on quality of life of the aging population in Chengdu.Methods Multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to select 1852 elderly people aged 60 and above from September to November 2020,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their social capital and life quality status.SPSS 21.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis.Results After factor analysis,9 factors were obtained by dimensionality reduction of their social capital.Multiple linear regressive model showed that there was a positive correlation between 5 factors including A1-interpers onal communication factor,B1-family function factor,C1-community attachment factor,etc.and Physical Component Summary(PCS)of the aging population.A1-interpersonal communication factor,A2-interpersonal support factor,B2-family support factor,C1-community attachment factor had a positive correlation with Mental Component Summary(MCS)of the aging population.Conclusion Most of the social capital factors,whether at the indivi-dual,family,or community level,have a certain positive impact on the quality of life among the aging population.
